Parking
Each address is assigned two numbered parking spaces reasonably close to your address.. The Board maintains the parking lots and the painting of the lines and numbers on the curb. The owners are responsible for calling the towing company if someone else is using your parking space without your permission.
Your trash removal and recycling service is included in your HOA fees.The GCHOA Board has contracted with Patriot Disposal Services (Patriot).
Patriot will pick up large and special items for an additional fee with advance notice. Special items include white goods (appliances), furniture and other large items.
The GCHOA community includes some streetlights maintained by Dominion Virginia Power and some for which GCHOA is resposible. In all cases, please report it to the Board of Directors, using the contact form listed on the menu.
Our HOA dues for 2025 are $280.00 a quarter. You will receive a quarterly bill mailed to your address on record (we will default to the property address unless otherwise specified).

The Architectural Control Committee of the Glen Cove Homeowners Association is charged with preserving the architectural character of the community. This primarily pertains to the exterior portion of your property.
Article Vlll - "Architectural Control" and Article X - "Protective Covenants and Restrictions" of the GCHOA Amended Declaration define the Committee's responsibility while allowing it discretion in dealing with specific situations and requests.
